My nursing career started in Memphis, TN in 2009. A couple years later, I decided to combine my two loves of travel and nursing, spending 4 years working in Pediatric ICU’s as a travel nurse. Nursing has taken me from New York to LA and even as far away as Kenya! I have had the opportunity to work in some of the best hospitals in the country including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Texas Childrens, and Los Angeles Children’s Hospital. Somewhere along the way my interest moved from pediatrics to women’s health. I switched specialties and am presently an OB nurse, helping women to bring new lives into the world every day! This June I graduated from Drexel University with my Master’s of Science in Nursing and passed my Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner boards in August, 2017! As I continue to grow as a nurse I want to share what I have learned in a down to earth, non-judgmental way…even the things you’re embarrassed to ask your gynecologist!
